Drop In Attendee Agreement

By RSVPing to or attending a Drop In, you ("Attendee") acknowledge and agree to the following terms (the "Attendee Agreement"). This Agreement supplements and incorporates the Drop In Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and is binding upon all Attendees who participate in Drop Ins.

1. Role of Drop In

  • Drop In is a platform that connects people for coworking sessions and community gatherings.
  • Drop In does not control, organize, or oversee Drop In events, except for branded events directly hosted by the Drop In brand.
  • Each Drop In is organized and managed by individual hosts. Drop In is not responsible for the content, safety, or quality of these events.

2. Attendee Responsibilities

By attending a Drop In, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations (including those related to public gatherings, health, and safety).
  • Respect the venue, the host, and other attendees.
  • Behave in a respectful, professional, and non-disruptive manner.
  • Take responsibility for your own safety and belongings during the event.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Drop In is not liable for:

  • Any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of attending a Drop In.
  • The actions, behavior, or conduct of hosts or other attendees.
  • Third-party venues, services, or vendors used for the event.

By attending, you assume all risks and responsibilities for your participation.

4. Refunds & Payments

  • Payments and refunds for paid Drop Ins are governed by the Drop In Refund Policy.
  • Stripe's payment processing terms also apply.
  • Refunds are limited in scope and may not include platform or payment processor fees.

5. Compliance with Platform Policies

By attending a Drop In, you agree to:

  • Abide by the Drop In Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Only use Drop In for lawful purposes and not to harm, harass, or endanger others.
  • Cooperate with hosts and Drop In in the event of disputes, refunds, or investigations.

6. Termination & Enforcement

  • Drop In reserves the right to remove attendees from events or suspend accounts that violate this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
  • Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

By RSVPing to or attending a Drop In, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Attendee Agreement.
  • You accept sole responsibility for your participation and personal safety.
  • Drop In provides only the platform (except for branded events it or its partners host), and is not liable for what happens at individual Drop Ins.
  • You are bound by this Attendee Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
