Welcome to Drop In! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drop In platform (the "Service"), provided by Drop In ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using Drop In, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. What Drop In Does

Drop In helps people discover and join local, in-person coworking sessions, events, and meetups ("Drop-Ins"). Users can also host their own events and invite others with shared vibes or interests.

2. Who Can Use Drop In

To use Drop In, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Agree to these Terms
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the platform for lawful, respectful purposes

3. Your Account

When you create a profile:

  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • Don't share your login info with others
  • You can update or delete your account at any time

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or act in ways that harm the community.

4. Hosting Drop-Ins

If you host a Drop-In:

  • You are responsible for the safety, conduct, and organization of your event
  • You must comply with local laws and venue rules
  • You should clearly communicate expectations and any requirements

We're not responsible for what happens at user-hosted Drop-Ins.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Spam, scam, or impersonate
  • Post offensive or illegal content
  • Disrupt or misuse the platform

We want Drop In to stay safe, open, and welcoming.

6. Content

You own the content you post (like your profile, photos, or event listings), but you grant us a license to display, share, and use it to operate and promote the platform.

You're responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have rights to.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

8. Disclaimers

We try our best, but:

  • We don't guarantee events will happen, be safe, or meet expectations
  • We aren't liable for any issues, damages, or losses that occur from using the platform
  • Drop In is provided "as is" and "as available"

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the changes and update the "Effective Date." Continuing to use the platform means you accept the changes.
