Terms of Service for Drop In
Effective Date: August 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Drop In, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Drop In provides a platform for organizing and attending coworking events ("Drop Ins") and engaging in group chats ("Circles").
3. RSVPs
- You can RSVP to Drop Ins without creating an account by providing your name and email.
- Your email will be shared with the host for communication about the event.
4. Payments
- Drop In uses Stripe Connect for payment processing.
- Attendees pay the ticket price plus Stripe and platform fees (10%). The host receives the ticket price they set.
- Hosts are paid out 2 days after their event ends.

5. Circles
Users may create and join Circles (group chats). You are responsible for the content you share.
6. Account Deletion
- If you choose to delete your account after making transactions, records of those transactions will be retained in compliance with legal laws.
- Hosts with pending payouts cannot delete their accounts until all payouts are resolved.

7. Responsibilities
- Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details and managing their Drop Ins. See our Host Agreement for detailed host responsibilities.
- Users agree to behave respectfully in events and Circles. See our Attendee Agreement for detailed attendee responsibilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Drop In is not responsible for disputes between users, hosts, or third parties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Drop In indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
