Drop In Host Agreement

By publishing a Drop In on the platform, you ("Host") acknowledge and agree to the following terms (the "Host Agreement"). This Agreement supplements and incorporates the Drop In Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and is binding upon all Hosts who create and publish Drop Ins.
1. Role of Drop In
- Drop In is a platform that enables users to organize and attend coworking sessions and community gatherings.
- Drop In does not control, organize, or oversee Drop In events, except for branded events directly hosted by the Drop In brand.
- As a Host, you are solely responsible for the planning, safety, conduct, and outcomes of your event.
2. Host Responsibilities
By hosting a Drop In, you agree to:
- Accurately describe your event, including time, place, and nature of the session.
- Comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations (including health, safety, zoning, and public gathering rules).
- Ensure your chosen venue allows for your event activities.
- Respect intellectual property, community guidelines, and the rights of attendees.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Drop In is not liable for:
- Any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of your Drop In.
- The actions or behavior of attendees.
- Third-party services, venues, or vendors you may use.
By hosting, you assume all risks and responsibilities for your event.
4. Refunds & Payments
- All payments and refunds are governed by the Drop In Refund Policy.
- Hosts agree to abide by the refund rules, including partial refunds in the event of cancellations.
- Stripe's payment processing terms also apply, and payouts may be delayed or withheld if account issues arise.
5. Compliance with Platform Policies
By publishing a Drop In, you agree to:
- Abide by the Drop In Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Use Drop In only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform or its community.
- Cooperate with Drop In in the event of disputes, refunds, or investigations.
6. Termination & Enforcement
- Drop In reserves the right to remove any event, suspend hosting privileges, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
- Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

By clicking "Publish," you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Host Agreement.
- You accept sole responsibility for your Drop In and its attendees.
- Drop In provides only the platform (except for branded events it or its partners host), and is not liable for what happens at your event.
- You are bound by this Host Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
